Thank you. Your request has arrived in the product inbox and a real person is going to read it, not a routing robot.
You will get a reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, from Jimenez Julien or someone on the product team. If you asked for a walkthrough, that reply will offer two or three times and a short list of what to have ready, which is usually one package type and one student whose balance you would like to test. If you asked for a quote, it will name the plan we think fits your number of tutors and explain why.
Nothing else happens in the meantime. You are not on a mailing list, you will not get a drip sequence, and your details are stored only so that we can answer you. The privacy policy sets out exactly what was collected and how to have it removed.
